Meet Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah Jehring, a registered dietitian and the founder of HJ Nutrition. I’ve spent more than 10 years helping people create healthy, sustainable changes without guilt or restriction.

I use motivational interviewing and behavioral coaching to make nutrition feel empowering—not overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and capable of creating lasting change.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me reading, hiking, lifting weights, or exploring new foods and places. I live by the motto “get comfortable with the uncomfortable”—because growth happens just outside our comfort zones.

Getting Started Is Simple

All new clients begin by completing a brief intake form so I can review your information and guide you through next steps, including how to schedule and set up your secure client portal.
