Your first session is where your journey begins. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, and goals to create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap and practical steps to get started right away.

Meet Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah Jehring, a registered dietitian and the founder of HJ Nutrition. I’ve spent more than 10 years helping people create healthy, sustainable changes without guilt or restriction.
I use motivational interviewing and behavioral coaching to make nutrition feel empowering—not overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and capable of creating lasting change.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me reading, hiking, lifting weights, or exploring new foods and places. I live by the motto “get comfortable with the uncomfortable”—because growth happens just outside our comfort zones.

Before booking, check if your insurance covers nutrition counseling — most clients pay $0 out of pocket and enjoy unlimited sessions through Fay Nutrition.
If your plan doesn’t include coverage, I also offer flexible self-pay options designed to help you reach your goals with ongoing support.
